September 17 made an order. The buyer's protection period ended and the seller at my request extended the protection period. Unfortunately, 3 months passed, and the order did not come. Opened a dispute. The producer is contact, adequate. The dispute closed in my favor without any problems. It is a pity that the keychain did not come (I wanted to give my sister for my birthday, in addition with the puppy dachshund). The money was returned retroactively 2 days after the closure of the dispute. For the honesty of the seller I put a positive assessment.
